Kathleen Miles suffered several broken bones to her face, a black eye and a concussion when she was the target of the brute’s unprovoked attack near Union Station in downtown Chicago on Aug. 19.
The Lake Villa, Ill. resident who only goes in to work once a week, was allegedly attacked by William Livingston, a career criminal who has at least 12 arrests since 2012 for battery or aggravated assault, according to arrest records viewed by The Post. 4
Miles was walking with a co-worker when Livingston allegedly squeezed between the two employees and became violent.
“She had sa
