CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Two women guilty of attacking another woman inside the Independence McDonald’s will be sentenced in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Wednesday.

On July 23, Tori Hawkins, 25, pleaded guilty to assault.

On Aug. 4, Carilyn Lopez, 35, pleaded guilty to one count of trespass into a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and one count of assault.

According to Independence police, Hawkins and Lopez assaulted Tiffany Bulanda just before 1 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2024 at the McDonald’s in the 6200 block of Brecksville Rd.

When officers arrived, they found Bulanda lying on the ground yelling that she was in pain and couldn’t feel her leg.

Bulanda, of Garfield Heights, told 19 News she was attacked after a misunderstanding about one of their kids.
