Police are searching for at least two armed suspects who carjacked a Mercedes-Benz from a resident in the Hollywood Hills West area Wednesday morning.

The incident, which police said possibly began as an attempted break-in, was reported around 2 a.m. on Devlin Drive near Clark Street.

One of the victims was inside her home when she heard noises coming from the driveway and saw two hooded suspects, freelance media firm ANG News reported.

The woman's brother went out to confront the suspects, who pulled a gun and demanded his keys. They then fled in the victim's black Mercedes-Benz sedan.

The victims had arrived at home about an hour before the incident, but it was unclear if they were followed or if anything else was taken.

No injuries were reported, and no descriptions of the suspects
