Iwould have thought that the deodorant business had limited opportunities to expand into new markets. Once you’ve covered armpits in various scents, surely you’re done? Yet, this year has seen the release of a whole new breed of deodorants – the “full body” deodorant – and it needs to be stopped. Immediately. Laws must be passed. I am prepared to take to the barricades, if it comes to it.

Yes, I will admit this is a very strong reaction to what seems to be a fairly innocuous product, but I speak from a deeply painful and hard-earned experience. We simply cannot allow grown men to think it is acceptable to cover their testicles in deodorant , rather than washing them. I consider this to be a public service announcement – and it is my civic duty to make it.
