Gary Oldman doesn’t belong in Slough House, but here we are.

On Wednesday, Apple TV+ released the trailer for season five of Slow Horses . In it, Jackson Lamb (Oldman), River Cartwright (Jack Lowden) and the rest of the MI5 rejects are on the case — and a bit on the defense. The fifth Slow Horses season, adapted from Mick Herron’s Slough House book series, consists of six episodes and will premiere on Sept. 24. Episodes will roll out weekly until Oct. 29.
