ATLANTA — Derek Dooley made a career as a college football coach. Now he's looking for a new job.

The Republican political newcomer this month launched his first foray into politics with a campaign for U.S. Senate. He has the endorsement of Gov. Brian Kemp.

In a wide-ranging interview for The Georgia Vote , Dooley talked about his record and why he's running.
