DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - St. Ambrose University’s updated campus expansion plan is set to go before the Davenport Committee of the Whole on Wednesday night for public comment and the council’s first consideration.
The proposal is a revised version of an earlier plan that received pushback from neighbors earlier this year.
Some of the proposed changes include:
Adding more green space and outdoor recreation areas
Add a new entrance at west Rogalski drive
Expanded parking between Brown and Gaines streets
A new academic building.
