Multiple CCTV cameras have been vandalised at a car park in Plymouth city centre . Five cameras were damaged at Western Approach car park only one week after they were installed.
The cameras, which belong to Plymouth City Council , were taken out of action as a result of the vandalism and cost a significant amount to repair. They were damaged on June 14.
Four of the cameras were sprayed with black paint while the fifth was damaged with tape and marker pen. Devona and Cornwall Police have released CCTV footage of a man officers wish to speak to about the incident.
He is believed to be able to aid in their enquiries.
