GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The City of Greenville announced Wednesday that it has issued a request for proposals for the renovation of City Hall.
The city said the project would involve a complete renovation of the 206 South Main Street location, with floors one through six to house various city departments including the mayor’s office, city manager’s office, city attorney’s office and more.
Additionally, the city said the project would include the renovation of floors seven through 10 to an interior shell, for potential future upfit, and an addition to the rear of the building for new city council chambers and an employee entrance.
Officials said that potential design teams have until Tuesday, Sept. 30 to submit their proposals.
