LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is partnering with The University of Olivet to address the state’s nursing shortage by launching a new Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

The partnership, beginning with the new school year, will provide University of Olivet nursing students with clinical training across UM Health-Sparrow.

Students will be able to gain experience in rural hospitals and at UM Health-Sparrow’s Level I Trauma Center.

Once graduated, students will be prepared to apply for positions at UM Health-Sparrow or any hospital.
