A group of Jeffrey Epstein survivors are speaking at the Capitol on Wednesday morning.

The news conference comes as a bipartisan pair of lawmakers push to force a vote on the House floor on releasing the Epstein files.

Kentucky Republican Rep. Thomas Massie defended the effort he and Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna are making , saying late Tuesday that hearing the survivors of Epstein's sexual abuse and alleged trafficking speak out will "change everything."

"I hope my colleagues are watching this press conference. I want them to think, what if this was your sister? What if this was your daughter?" Massie said as the news conference began.
