NNPH says whopping cough cases on the rise

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Northern Nevada Public Health is putting out a warning saying whooping cough cases are on the rise in northern Nevada.

The agency says that there was a total of five cases last year, compared to 18 this year.

Health officials are now urging people to get the TDAP vaccine or booster shot.
