YOUNGSTOWN Just one day after a federal civil rights lawsuit was filed in connection with alleged hazing incidents involving the Ursuline High School football team, an attorney acting as co-counsel on the suit tells us even more alleged victims have come forward.
Attorney Marty Desmond tells 21 News that following the filing of the lawsuit on Tuesday, September 2, two to three more alleged victims and/or witnesses have come forward in this case.
The suit alleges that several members of the Ursuline High School football team had hazed, physically and sexually assaulted another student on the team and recorded and transmitted video of these incidents to other Ursuline students and the community at large.
