A Delaware judge sided with President Donald Trump in ruling on a lawsuit brought by former contestants of “The Apprentice” reality show that claimed Trump ripped them off in taking his media company public.
The Sept. 2 ruling issued by Chancery Court Vice Chancellor Lori Will dismissed the lawsuit against Trump, leaving the door open for some claims to be revived, noting that other, similar claims about the formation of Trump's Truth Social platform are currently being litigated in Florida.
