Michael Paul Brown has plead not guilty to all seven counts Wednesday morning.

Brown is facing four counts of deliberate homicide, one count of attempted arson, one count of theft and one count of fleeing from law enforcement.

A judge also ruled to hold Brown without bond, citing concerns about his mental health and the safety of the community.

A tentative trial date has been set for January 12, 2026.

In August, Brown reportedly shot four people in the Owl Bar in Anaconda, before leading law enforcement on a several day manhunt.

Several tips were reported which helped law enforcement take Brown into custody a week after the shooting.

Pre-trial records were initially sealed, however, the court has modified the order, keeping only sensitive filings sealed , while making most records
