The province’s Progressive Conservative Leader is defending his party’s decision not use a campaign bus in the upcoming provincial election.

Campaign buses have been an election staple for the main parties, and are used to travel around the province to promote their platforms.

Tony Wakeham says a campaign bus is just “one method” that can be used, noting that his party will be travelling throughout the province “in many different ways.”

Some may see the absence of a PC campaign bus as a troubling sign, however Wakeham was quick to dismiss those concerns.
