Some water is back in the system in Conception Bay South, but Mayor Darrin Bent is concerned about pressure on the lines as people return home from work around suppertime today.

The system is not yet back to where it has to be for emergency services such as firefighting, and he is asking people to conserve where possible. He says they need a few more hours to continue the refilling of tanks and reservoirs before they can lift the State of Emergency in CBS.
