CHARDON, Ohio — Steven Kurzinger, the Willowick man accused of killing his ex-wife, Alexandria Kurzinger, has been indicted by a Geauga County grand jury.
According to court documents, the 36-year-old Kurzinger has been charged with one count each of aggravated murder, murder, and having weapons under disability. Each of the charges contain firearms specifications.
No arraignment date has been set.
During a previous hearing in Chardon Municipal Court, Kurzinger had bond set at $5 million and was ordered to have no contact with his and the victim's children.
During an update on Friday, Chardon police noted that there had been an ongoing child custody dispute.

Steven Kurzinger was arrested on the night of June 25 after police say he fatally shot his ex-wife outside a
