David Duchovny is speaking out about his marriage to Monique Pendleberry !

The 65-year-old actor just confirmed the news for the first time, seven months after the secret nuptials, and just over three months after it was first reported they tied the knot.

While appearing on the Today with Jenna & Friends on Wednesday (September 3), the former X-Files star confirmed he got married earlier this year.

“By the way, you got married this year,” co-host Savannah Guthrie said. “Congratulations!”

“I did, in February. Thank you,” David replied.

Co-host Willie Geist then asked if any of the poems in his new poetry book, “ About Time ,” he was promoting were about her.
