From 4 to 7PM on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, the Provincetown Theater will hold open auditions for non-union performers for their final production of their 2025 season: Doris Baizley’s adaptation of Charles Dickens’s holiday classic, “A Christmas Carol.”
Director David Drake seeks a cast of 12 performers, ranging in age from teenagers to seniors for this seminal yuletide tale of redemption and rejuvenation through the power of community.
Along with a wide age-range for the cast, the theater is seeking folks with circus skills (tumbling, juggling, in particular), puppetry skills and performers who play musical instruments. The Provincetown Theater enthusiastically encourages BIPOC performers, as well as trans and non-binary performers to audition.
