BRONZEVILLE — Northwestern Medicine’s Bronzeville outpatient center is officially open for business.
Forty-five patients were expected to walk through the doors of the $100 million clinic, 4822 S. Cottage Grove Ave., after it opened at 8 a.m. Wednesday. The five-story, 120,000-square-foot facility will be the 11th outpatient center to open in the Chicago area.
The center was designed with neighbors in mind, from the floor-to-ceiling windows welcoming the sunlight to the lobby seating that feels like a “warm hug,” said Tanika Sykes, Northwestern Medicine’s director of operations.
The clinic boasts a number of amenities — including a community space offering programming and a demo kitchen. On the ground floor will be Migos, a Latin-meets-Southern soul food concept from Frontier chef Brian
