A linebacker with Super Bowl LIV, LVII and LVIII rings has joined the practice squad in Foxborough.
The New England Patriots officially added veteran free agent Darius Harris to the group of 17 on Wednesday, as signaled by ESPN’s Mike Reiss and the Boston Herald’s Doug Kyed.
Harris, 29, entered the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted signing in 2019. The Middle Tennessee product spent his rookie season on the non-football injury list while recovering from shoulder surgery. He then spent the next three campaigns between the organization’s practice squad and active roster, and was signed back to the 53 following a stint with the Las Vegas Raiders in the fall of 2023.
