The highly-anticipated sequel to 28 Years Later is less than six months away!

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple will be released exclusively in theaters on January 16, 2026.

The sequel continues the story started by the 2025 film, following characters like Dr. Ian Kelson ( Ralph Fiennes ), Spike ( Alfie Williams ), and cult leader Sir Jimmy Crystal ( Jack O’Connell ). The trailer also provides a first look at a new character played by Erin Kellyman . Original 28 Days Later star Cillian Murphy is expected to reprise his role for the film.
