Purdue's win over Ball State to open the season was comprehensive.

The Boilermakers rolled to a 31-0 triumph that was their first victory over an FBS team since November 2023, outgaining the Cardinals 433-203.

Coming off of that triumph in coach Barry Odom's first game as head coach, however, the Boilers are refusing to believe they have arrived. Who better than a couple of athletes who have won a combined 13 pro championships to teach them how to handle success?
