BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Powerball jackpot has been raised to an estimated $1.40 billion for Wednesday’s drawing, with a cash value of $634.3 million. That makes it the fourth-largest Powerball jackpot and the sixth-largest among U.S. lottery jackpots.
