ROCHESTER, Minn. - Child pornography is sending a former Rochester teacher to prison.

Wolf Brian Parsons, 38, has been sentenced to six years and six months behind bars, with credit for 93 days already served. The prison sentence will be followed by five years of conditional release. Parsons pleaded guilty to three counts of disseminating pornographic work involving a victim under 14.

Parsons, a teacher at Resurrection Lutheran School, was fired after the school was told he was under investigation.

The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force alerted the Rochester Police Department’s Technology Forensic Unit, Criminal Interdiction Unit, and Patrol Division, which led to a search of Parsons’ home. Investigators say they found 20 photos and 84 videos on Parson’s phone that are consi
