The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed wide receiver Lance McCutcheon to their practice squad, the team announced. McCutcheon was released by the team during final cuts and comes back after they released Robert Woods following his request to be cut.

McCutcheon had some standout moments with the Steelers during training camp. However, he never rose up the depth chart to claim a spot on the active roster.

McCutcheon was with the Steelers for multiple weeks during last season on the team’s practice squad. He was released in November.

McCutcheon is a 6-foot-3, 203-pound wide receiver who came out of Montana State. McCutcheon, an undrafted free agent in the 2022 NFL Draft, signed with the Los Angeles Rams. He spent the entire 2022 season with the Rams. In 2023, McCutcheon started out
