Tom Holland is opening up about working with dyslexia and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

In a new interview, the 29-year-old Spider-Man: Brand New Day actor detailed about how the diagnoses can sometimes hinder his work as an actor and shared how he overcomes it.

“I have ADHD and I’m dyslexic, and I find sometimes when someone gives me a blank canvas that it can be slightly intimidating,” Tom shared with IGN . “Sometimes you are met with those challenges when developing a character.”

Tom went on to explain that he believes in tapping into his inner child through “play” in order to get himself prepared for his roles.
