Trademark Property Co. is forging ahead with scaled-back redevelopment plans for Lincoln Square in northern Arlington.

Fort Worth-based Trademark aims to transform the shopping center into a mixed-use development called Anthem with new retail, office space, housing and public green space.

The current shopping center, constructed in the early 1980s and located on North Collins Street south of I-30, spans about 470,000 square feet, including large tenants such as Studio Movie Grill, Office Depot, Olive Garden and crafts retailer Michaels.
