Neighbors mourn wheelchair-bound man hit & killed by allegedly impaired driver

San Jose police say a man is in custody charged with felony hit & run and manslaughter after driving his silver Mercedes sedan through a stop sign and plowing into a wheelchair-bound man in South San Jose. The victim died at an area hospital.
