A streetcar derailed in Lisbon, Portugal, on Wednesday, killing at least 15 people and injuring about 18.

The wrecked streetcar is colored yellow and white and was named the Elevador da Gloria. It operates up and down a steep downtown hill in the city and is classified as a national monument.
