MURRAY – Two plea deals that have already been made with prosecutors in the case of a mid-afternoon April burglary could be in jeopardy now that one of the four defendants has requested a jury trial.

Four people were charged following a reported burglary on April 16 earlier this year. According to a uniform citation, an off-duty Murray Police Department officer called dispatch around 3:08 p.m. to report that he observed a burglary in progress at an apartment on Coldwater Road. MPD officers soon caught up with the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Coldwater Road and KY 121.
