CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) Residents who frequently travel Clements Ferry Road may be soon seeing some relief, as the City of Charleston and Berkeley County are working to mitigate traffic.
With new developments coming to Clements Ferry Road, residents have expressed concerns it will make the already crowded area even more congested.
Some issues travelers have reported are backups on the intersection to merge onto 526, unprotected turns causing accidents and 18 wheelers from the ports causing congestion on the frequently travelled road.
