VALLEY CENTER, Kan. (KSNW) — Valley Center will soon see a new senior living community. Elevate Senior Living has announced plans to build a 128-bed facility that will provide a more affordable option for seniors.
The project will feature 96 assisted living and memory care units and 32 independent living apartments. Developers say it will offer a safe, welcoming environment with a focus on social connection.
City leaders called the announcement “exciting news for Valley Center,” noting the project will give residents more choices for senior housing close to home.
“Elevate is designed around the individual, giving residents the freedom to live life on their own terms,” Joseph Jasmon, CEO of American Healthcare Management Group, said in a news release.
