GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) - Ashlee Davis was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation on Wednesday for child abuse at a local daycare, while her co-worker Dana Bococchelli received 24 months of probation and 100 days of public service for failing to report the abuse.

The case originated from an incident in April involving then 18-month-old Adrian, whose family attended the sentencing hearing to express their dissatisfaction with the outcome. Despite video evidence, the charges against Davis were classified as a misdemeanor due to no injury being caused.
