Black substance tests positive for mold in Maryland apartment after resident pays for her own test

The black substance on the wall of Libby Adams' apartment tested positive for multiple species of mold, including the species most commonly associated with black mold, in the latest chapter in her battle with The Fields of Rockville apartments in Maryland.
