GERLACH, Nev. (KOLO) - The Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the Burning Man homicide victim by his fingerprints, according to a Facebook post by Pershing County Sheriff Jerry Allen on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

The victim is 37-year-old Vadim Kruglov of Washington State, the post said.

His family has been notified of his death.

On Saturday, Aug. 30, at 9:14 p.m. Kruglov’s body was found in a pool of blood at Burning Man.

“The Pershing County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating this homicide and looking for any and all information which would lead to the arrest of a suspect,” Allen said.
