Finland-UK based film investment fund IPR.VC, which has slate deals with international companies including A24, XYC Films and mk2 Films , has appointed Logical Pictures exec Celine Dornier to the newly created role of content executive.

Based in Paris, Dornier will help spearhead the expansion of the company’s role on projects, liaising with producers, financiers and distributors.

Dornier has been vp financing and acquisitions at France’s Logical Pictures group since 2016.

IPR.VC has also appointed Joonas Pönniö as the company’s first CFO.

The company said both production and investor-geared positions were created to support “further growth” by strengthening its film and series production slate and reinforcing its core investment activity.
