Frederick updates parking regulations with intent to move away from parking meters

Frederick is shifting gears on parking, with an intent to drive out parking meters.

“It is the intent to move away from physical parking meters and move to digital technologies for street parking,” city spokesperson Allen Etzler wrote in a statement to The Frederick News-Post on Wednesday.
