Francisco Alvarez, who is back on the rehab assignment train after fracturing his pinky finger (while on the same rehab assignment!), and hit a grand slam and caught the entire game. While he has the most beat up hands in professional baseball at the moment, he seems like he is mostly ready to be back with the big club, and I would not be surprised if he is in the lineup on Friday against Cincinatti, especially since that series looms so hard for solidifying the Mets playoff hopes, with the Reds five games behind them.
