RICHMOND, Va. -- The Byrd Theatre is set to return to full capacity as it finishes up the final leg of its seat restoration project.
The phased effort, which began in 2017 and is set to be completed Friday, gives the long-running Carytown movie hall around 930 fixed seats and a total capacity in its main auditorium of about 980, including ADA accommodation areas.
