Jessie J has had a ROUGH summer: She had surgery in June for breast cancer and was hospitalized for an infection in early August. Ergo, in a very real I do not care what she wears, so long as she’s comfortably out and about and feeling better. But I like to think that Jessie J is herself sick of having a crappy summer, and wanted to saunter out in London to bring joy and amusements to the people, and thereby, to herself.
