Thirty-two candidates have filed to run for 21 seats among the eight cities in Twin Falls County for the November election, according to unofficial information available Wednesday.
No matter what happens in November, big changes are coming to the city of Buhl. The city will have three new council members and possibly a new mayor.
Three Buhl City Council members did not file to run for re-election and seven residents have filed to run to take their place. Meanwhile, Mayor Pam McClain filed for re-election and will face two challengers: Doug Howarth and Jeffrey Hoogland.
