The parents of five children, who were kept locked in a "dungeon" filled with surveillance cameras and locks, have been nicked. The Pennsylvania home of James Russell, 65, and Carly Kahl's, 41, was stormed by police following reports of kids living in "appalling conditions". ‌

Pennsylvania State Troopers discovered the children - aged between five and 14 years old - trapped in a room smeared with faeces and its windows boarded up. ‌
