HENRY COUNTY, Ga. - A shooting investigation involving the Locust Grove Police Department in Henry County is currently underway.

The shooting was reported around 3:40 a.m. Thursday on Cadence Street.

According to a spokesperson for the department, no officers were injured in the shooting.

The department would not say if anyone else was injured.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called in to investigate, which is standard procedure when a law enforcement agency is involved in a shooting.
