Fashion legend Giorgio Armani has died, his company confirmed to Reuters . He was 91 years old.

The Italian designer was known for his style and elegance, and turning his visions into a huge company that generates $2.7 a year, according to Reuters.

What we don't know:

His cause of death was not immediately released. Armani skipped the runway shows during Milan Fashion Week in June because of his declining health.

Known for his strong work ethic, Armani even spent his 90th birthday at work. During his first live show after pandemic lockdowns, Armani in June 2021 showed off a long scar from surgery to his left arm due to a fall during a visit to the cinema soon after winter pandemic restrictions were lifted.
