A Hyde Park man who pleaded guilty to criminal sexual acts with children has been sentenced to prison.

Tyler G. Leclerc, a 28-year-old former employee of Leclerc's Martial Arts, was charged March 25 in a 42-count indictment.

LeClerc pleaded guilty on June 12 in Dutchess County Court to two counts of third-degree criminal sexual acts, one count of first-degree attempted sexual abuse and two counts of forcible touching.

Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi announced Sept. 3 Leclerc had been sentenced to 10 years in state prison.

Additionally, Leclerc will serve 10 years of post-release supervision and will be required to register as a sex offender.

Parisi said Leclerc admitted in court to engaging in oral sexual conduct with a child on two occasions around March 11,
