SAN ANTONIO — Ahead of the start of the San Antonio Spurs training camp, the team has added guard Stanley Umude to an Exhibit-10/training camp deal. The San Antonio roster is now at 20.
The 26-year-old guard went undrafted in 2022 and spent the first two years with Detroit.
He spent last season with Milwaukee, averaging 3.9 minutes, but with the Bucks' G League team, the Wisconsin Herd, he recorded 18.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.6 steals per game while shooting 43.6% from the field and 37% from the three-point line.
He'll likely be Austin Spurs-bound once the season begins due to the team's crowded guard rotation.
