Maroons’ roster ready for opener

They’ve signed 13 forwards, seven defencemen and two goalies.

“What we’ve got right now, that’s what you’re going to see,” Maroons head coach and general manager Brennan Feasey said. “I tried to narrow it down a little bit earlier than the end of pre-season, just so we can get working together on our (special) teams and our systems.

“I didn’t want to string anybody along. I knew who I wanted on the roster and got it down so our last week of pre-season we can go over all of our team expectations and hopefully be ready to go for puck drop Sept. 13.”
