Two teens have been arrested after a robbery at a Kitchener retail store.
Waterloo Regional Police said on Wednesday, at approximately 1:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of Ottawa Street South and Fischer Hallman Road after a report of a physical “disturbance” between three people and a loss prevention officer.
Police said after arriving at the scene, two of the teens, a 16-year-old Kitchener boy and a 15-year-old Kitchener girl, were found a short distance away.
A second girl has yet to be found.
The pair were charged with robbery and assault with a weapon.
The investigation is ongoing, police said, and officers are working to identify and locate the other youth.
